Current Responsibilities

BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:BMR) is the leading provider of real estate solutions to the life science community.  As Vice President, Property Management, Tracie Hager provides the oversight of the company’s  property management for over 18 million square feet of life science and biotech properties located in the seven core U.S. life science markets and the United Kingdom.

Experience
Ms. Hager has over 23 years of property management experience.  Prior to joining BioMed Realty Trust, she held the following positions:

  • Sr. Director, Irvine Company, 4.2 million square feet
  • Managing Director, Equity Office Properties, 2.3 million square feet
  • Sr. VP, Operations, Burnham Real Estate, 10 million square feet
Community Involvement
Ms. Hager is currently a member of BOMA San Diego serving as a member of the Advisory Board,  Educational Committee Co-Chair, leading the BOMA Foundations.  She currently sits on the BOMA International Preparedness Committee. 
Previous involvement has also included, BOMA International, University City Planning Group Board Member, BOMA San Diego President - 2000
