Prior to employment: 4 years with ACE Parking as Parking Manager and 5 years as an Assistant Manager at Disneyland

Currently responsible for operations of 4.3M square feet of class A and Campus Style office space in the UTC  market including 10 high rise and 47 low to mid-rise buildings.  Responsible for parking and transportation initiatives for the division as well as the coaching and development of a team of 45. Portfolio also includes development of a new 14 story high-rise currently under construction opening in June 2015. Kris also serves on the University City Planning Group promoting community involvement and thoughtful development.
