BOMA San Diego membership is a profitable investment!
A principal member is a legal entity owning, developing, managing, leasing, controlling or otherwise involved with real estate in the nature of commercial, corporate, government, institutional and medical buildings. For example property managers, facility managers and building engineers.
Primary Principal Member: $995 each
Additional Principal Member: $685 each
An associate member is an individual or legal entity who subscribes to the objectives of the association but does not qualify for principal membership. For example, vendors.
Primary Associate Member: $1,045 each
Additional Associate Member: $700 each
Emerging Professional Principal Membership
An Emerging Professional principal member is someone with less than 6 years of experience in the industry as it pertains to property management, facility management and building engineering; legal entity owning, developing, managing, leasing, controlling or otherwise involved with real estate in the nature of commercial, corporate, government, institutional and medical buildings (Including but not limited to: Property Administrator, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Facility manager, Engineer, etc.).The Emerging Professional principal member category is open only to local members. Candidate must be local to San Diego industry. Member is not entitled to BOMA International or BOMA California benefits. In order to maximize your BOMA San Diego membership, the Board of Directors encourages Emerging Professional principal members to join and actively participate on at least one committee.
Emerging Professional Member: $305
A non-profit member is an employee of a non-profit agency, excluding government agencies.
Non-Profit Member: $650 each
Pricing incentives include a 40% discount for new members who join July through September. New members who join October through December will receive 15 months of membership for the price of 12. Annual memberships are valid January 1 through December 31. We do not pro-rate membership dues.
The Application Process:
1. Fill out the online membership application and submit the form along with your credit card payment. You should receive a confirmation e-mail from the BOMA office typically within 24 hours.
2. Join us at the next monthly membership meeting to learn more about our organization and how to get involved. There, you can pick up a new member packet, committee packet, or informational flyers. 3. Your application will be formally reviewed by the BOMA Board of Directors at their next meeting. Upon approval, an e-mail confirming your membership will be sent out.
4. Once your membership is active, get involved! Join one of BOMA’s many committees.
