Alyssa Carpenter grew up in Duxbury, Massachusetts. She attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, earning a degree in Psychology. After college, drawn by the beautiful weather, she headed west to California. Alyssa works for Shorenstein Realty as an Assistant Property Manager and helps manage four buildings.

Courtney Johnson grew up in Vista and later attended CSU San Marcos where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications. She is engaged to Jordan (the owner of a local general contracting company) and often refers to him as a saint for putting up with her sarcasm.
The Causes of Slab Leaks

Slab leaks are leaks in plumbing that runs underneath a concrete floor slab. Most residential and small commercial buildings have a slab-on-grade foundation. It is more stable, less expensive, and faster to build. But when pipes run underneath the slab, leaks are hard to detect, and often expensive and disruptive to repair. Until they are found and fixed, the resulting dampness can cause mold and other water damage.
