Background
Jerry has over 17 years of plumbing experience; he completed the five year apprenticeship program to become a building trades journeyman and eventually a construction Forman. Currently, Jerry is the Project Service Manager and oversees new tenant improvements, remodels, and retrofits for the Service Division. Jerry’s passion for plumbing is truly expressed through his personal dedication to continuous industry education and his coaching and teaching of others. Jerry has worked for A.O. Reed for nearly a decade and teaches monthly education classes for clients and plumbers.
Responsibilities
As Projects Service Manager, Jerry implements A.O. Reed & Co.’s policies and procedures. He directs employees to provide quality workmanship on each job. He maintains personal customer service to ensure all employees and customers feel valued. He is dedicated in providing opportunities by training employees and customers in the plumbing industry.
