Wayne Harris

As Director, Engineering for Irvine Company, Mr. Wayne Harris oversees 55 projects consisting of over 4.8 million square feet and has responsibility for the overall building operations for La Jolla, California Office and Campus Office Portfolio. With a staff of 27 engineers, Wayne and his team excel at delivering an unparalleled customer experience, in addition to increasing the performance and value of the Irvine Company assets. Mr. Harris holds a degree in Communications and along with his 20 plus years in the engineering industry he has extensive experience in facility operations, maintenance, and management.  He has held senior leadership positions on both the ownership and contractor sides of the business. Mr. Harris is the Past President of the San Diego Building Engineers Association.
