BOMA San Diego invites members to submit their properties for the 2026-2027 TOBY Awards. Held in conjunction with BOMA International, The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) competition recognizes excellence in the commercial building management industry.
The prestigious TOBY Award is considered the highest mark of excellence for building management and one of the most all-inclusive awards programs in commercial real estate. Each entry is evaluated across all facets of building operations by a panel of industry professionals, including architects and commercial building managers.
2026 local winners will advance to the 2027 Regional & International Competition.
Now is the time to prepare your submission and represent San Diego on the TOBY stage!
