Jack Moshgat Scholarship

Each year, scholarships are awarded to deserving individuals in honor of Jack Moshgat, a BOMA past president who passed away many years ago. The purpose of the Jack Moshgat Scholarship is to recognize a deserving person's desire to pursue and expand a career in commercial real estate.
The scholarships can be used towards an RPA, FMA or SMA professional designation course sponsored by BOMA San Diego (value $1,135). The scholarship may also be used toward the BOMA Foundations of Real Estate Management course (value $575).
Eligibility requirements:
- Active BOMA San Diego Membership and Committee involvement required
- One year of experience in commercial real estate
- Employed or a resident in the BOMA San Diego service area

- Include a personally composed letter addressing desire for the scholarship award
Scholarships are awarded based on the strength and completeness of the essay, financial need, and the individual's involvement in BOMA. Prior applicants are encouraged to reapply. Winners will be announced at the year end Gala for use in the next calendar year.
