BOMA’s professional staff defends your interests before a wide array of policy setting bodies, including the United States Congress, federal agencies, and codes and standards development organizations. BOMA represents you on issues ranging from tax reform to climate change and from property rights to green building standards. Your BOMA staff also works closely with BOMA local associations through the state and local advocacy program to protect your interests before state and local policymakers. BOMA’s advocacy, codes and standards division is available to assist BOMA local associations in gathering information, analyzing data, preparing testimony, and conducting effective advocacy campaigns.
