BOMA San Diego’s Emergency Preparedness & Sustainability Committee and the Westin San Diego is in search of volunteers for our annual emergency preparedness drill.
On Saturday, August 17 from 7 to 10:30 a.m. the San Diego Police Department, San Diego Fire-Rescue Department and BOMA San Diego will conduct a Joint Tactical Training Active Shooter Drill at Emerald Plaza located at 402 West Broadway in downtown San Diego.
The collaborative exercise aims to further cement BOMA San Diego’s strong and trusted relationship with local law enforcement; to give first responders a training opportunity; and to offer building management a rare opportunity to practice emergency procedures under direct supervision of law enforcement.
