Eighty-eight percent of people who suffer from a cardiac arrest outside of the hospital die. Are you prepared to step in and save a life if the person next to you has a heart attack?
Through our Emergency Preparedness and Sustainability Committee, BOMA San Diego is providing CPR, AED and First Aid training on Friday, September 9, from 9am to 2pm, at La Jolla Commons. Training includes an interactive classroom presentation, videos to learn more about crucial techniques, and hands-on training with mannequins. Students attending the event will also receive their CPR certificate once the training is complete. The cost of certified trainers and registered certificates is being footed by vendors within our committee.
Don’t miss this opportunity to be prepared! Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Parking will be validated.
