Kristen has had 6 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Through this time, she started as an administrative assistant and with hard-work, dedication, and innovation quickly climbed the ladder to Property Manager. She is now a Portfolio Manager with Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. and has been thriving in all the new challenges this position has held for her. When she is not busy working, she enjoys catching a networking event, exploring the outdoors with her husband, enjoying the tastes of new restaurants in town, traveling, and snuggling with her 2 pups – Annabel and Kirby.
Sean Williams joined CBRE in 2012 specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial properties in Central San Diego. Mr. Williams and his team work with institutional investor clients with the marketing and leasing of their assets. Additionally, they work with occupiers of industrial space with their real estate strategic planning. This includes expansion and consolidation, own versus lease analysis and multi-market transactions. Mr. Williams began his real estate career in 2005 as an associate in business development with Newmark Knight Frank. In 2006 Sean was recruited to join Cushman & Wakefield where he oversaw the marketing efforts for a large property portfolio and completed a number of high profile and complex tenant representation assignments.
