Gafcon is the commercial contractor behind the iconic and long-awaited Seaport San Diego Development Project. The mixed-use project will span over the next decade and includes a 480-foot observation tower; a partially underground aquarium; three hotels; shops and restaurants; 30-acres of new parkland; benches and promenades; and upgraded facilities for commercial fishing fleets and pleasure craft.
The major $3.5 billion Seaport San Diego Project will revitalize a key section of San Diego Bayfront, a vision that would transform the access, use, and enjoyment of the waterfront for visitors and locals alike.
