Meet the Speakers:
Angela Gomez-Jones, RPA, CPM · Partner of Endeavor CRE

Angela has served over 20 years in property management and has managed or overseen almost every product type in numerous markets for a multitude of ownership groups. 

Lea Sandoval, Senior Vice President, Asset Management, Greater Los Angeles · Kilroy Realty 

Lea is a seasoned real estate executive with over two decades of experience in asset and property management operations, and business development. Since joining Kilroy in 2019, she has been responsible for overseeing Asset Management, Property Manageemnt, and operations for the company's greater Los Angeles portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and strong community engagement. 

Michelle Scarantino, Director of Property Management · RPG/RAF Pacifica Group

Michelle is responsible for overseeing approximately 3.5 million square feet of industrial, retail and office buildings across San Diego. In her role as Director of Property Management, she works directly with the property managers and property accountants to ensure the highest quality of work, managing approximately $800 million dollars of assets. She also works with the Director of Leasing, writing all leases for the RAF Pacifica portfolio.

Claire moved to San Diego from Brooklyn in fall 2018. She spent the first 14 years of her career at NBCUniversal where she worked in business operations and strategy. Having a front row seat at one of the largest media companies in the world as it navigated the digital revolution solidified her passion for journalism and its intersection with technology. In October of 2021 she and her husband acquired San Diego Magazine, and in 2022 Claire took over as CEO.
