Join us our second Women in Business Interview Series, featuring Stacy Kurko, General Manager at Jay Paul Company. This interview series is designed to share highs and lows, losses and wins from women working in the commercial real estate industry.

Interviewee:
With over 15 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Stacy Kurko has demonstrated her expertise in managing Class A office properties across prominent cities such as San Francisco, New York City, Oakland, and San Diego. Stacy achieved her RPA certification in 1997, establishing a solid foundation for her career. Dedicated to professional development, she obtained the LEED AP designation in 2019, showcasing her commitment to sustainable practices in the industry.
 
Currently serving at Jay Paul's 105-acre tech campus in Rancho Bernardo, Stacy excels in tenant relations and construction management. Her skills shine when guiding tenants through substantial construction projects.
 
As the Chairperson of BOMA San Diego's Membership Committee, Stacy plays a pivotal role in growing the association and promoting its value. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors as a Member-At-Large, contributing to its strategic direction. She is also a Board Member at REstart San Diego. This organization gives people who are economically disadvantaged a chance at a new life by providing property management education and training.
 
Stacy has been married for 23 years to her husband Jim, and they have a 21-year-old son who is currently at ASU studying Finance and Real Estate.
