December Luncheon Program - The Voices of Leadership: Mastering Cross-Generational Communication

In an era where organizations are home to a diverse range of generations, from Baby Boomers to Gen Z, understanding how to connect and communicate effectively across these age groups is paramount. Our workshop is here to help you navigate the unique challenges and opportunities presented by generational diversity in the workplace. At the core of it all, effective communication is a cornerstone of successful leadership. This luncheon program is designed to empower you with the strategies and insights necessary to cultivate your leadership voice specifically for bridging generational gaps and communicating with authenticity and impact.

Don’t forget - our final program of the year is typically a festive one! So, while you’re learning about your own voice, please feel free to dress up for the holiday season in your favorite warm weather western wear! Get your cowgirl and cowboy boots out for Santa’s Rodeo! We have prizes and will pick two winners from the audience in these categories: fanciest footwear and most festive western wear!

When: Tuesday, December 12 | 11:30am - 1pm

Where: Tom Ham's Lighthouse | 2150 Harbor Island Dr.

Cost: $90 for BOMA members and $125 for non-members

Thank you to our December Annual Supporting Partners: Blusky, Paragon Services Engineering, MasterCare, SDG&E, and Green Clean Services.
