Join BOMA San Diego's Programs & Seminars committee for the virtual March Membership Meeting on Tuesday, March 9 from 12 - 1 p.m. as a panel will discuss "Blueprint for Re-occupancy."

Allegra Renard from Cushman & Wakefield, Ann Chevalier with Kidder Mathews and Steve Clark, Chief Engineer with Irvine Company Office Properties, will speak about re-occupancy and what they are focusing on as tenants move back into their suites.

Covered topics include:

  • Top recommendations for re-occupancy
  • Steps their teams have taken for re-occupancy
  • Challenges throughout Covid-19
  • Re-occupancy best practices that have had a positive impact
  • Low or no-cost implementations made to reduce exposure

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask the panelists any questions pertaining to this topic after the presentation.

About the speakers:

Steve Clark

Steve Clark joined the Irvine Company Office Properties in 2016 where he is currently Chief Engineer for their Del Mar Heights portfolio.  He has certifications in plumbing and HVAC and has been in the industry for over 10 years.  Steve graduated from the University of Idaho where he worked as a maintenance person for an apartment complex and developed a passion for building engineering.  He joined the Irvine Company as a Maintenance Technician and has quickly risen to the Chief position through hard work, positive attitude, and passion to learn.

Allegra Renard
Allegra Renard began her career in the commercial real estate industry after obtaining her graduate degree from University of San Diego in 2012 as a Lease Administrator for Md7. She then became an Assistant Property Manager at EMMES Realty Services in 2015 supporting the construction, accounting, leasing, asset management and legal departments to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of two Class A High Rise Office buildings and one large parking and retail facility in Downtown San Diego. After joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 she worked with senior leadership to successfully pitch and be awarded over 1.125 million square feet of assets in Southern California from San Diego to the Inland Empire. She currently manages 550 West, a roughly 360,000 square foot 20 story high rise in downtown San Diego.

Ann Chevalier
Ann Chevalier leads the Kidder Mathews’ Southwest property management services group from the firm’s office in San Diego, bringing with her nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience throughout Southern California.
