The Membership & Emerging Professionals Committee's September Lunch + Learn will take place on Tuesday, September 20 at 12 p.m. via Zoom.

The Lunch + Learn events are only open to property managers, assistant property managers, and entry-level property management professionals. 


Join us as we learn from Liz Howeth, Senior Property Manager at Kilroy Realty Services. The topic is Managing a Mixed-Use Property and will cover the nuances of managing a campus with different types of commercial spaces.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER: MEET LIZ HOWETH

Liz Howeth is a Senior Property Manager with Kilroy Realty, overseeing over 900,000 SF of class A office buildings in San Diego County. Her commercial real estate experience spans over fifteen years and includes managing properties in Downtown San Diego, Point Loma, Mission Valley, Del Mar, UTC and Sabre Springs. Liz joined BOMA in 2010 at which time she served as a Community Service chairperson and received the BOMA Rising Star of the Year Award. She remained an active participant in BOMA for several years including taking courses, planning community service events, speaking at BOMA lunches on various topics such as sustainability in the workplace and entering buildings in TOBY. After taking time off to support her growing family, Liz rejoined BOMA in 2020 and is now co-chair for the Education Committee. Liz has experience managing office tenants with mixed retail use included and understands the unique challenges this can present in operations and tenant relations.
