MEET ALEX AVANESIAN | REAL ESTATE MANAGER AT CBRE

Please join us for the next exclusive “Meet A Principal Member” session featuring Alex Avanesian of CBRE on Wednesday, July 7 at 12 pm. During this 30-minute event, Alex will share valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry and BOMA San Diego, discussing tips and best practices.
 
Alex is a Real Estate Manager for CBRE and manages 200,000 square feet of office space.  Prior to working in San Diego, Alex worked in the Los Angeles commercial real estate market starting off her career at a boutique real estate firm called Blattis & Schnur. While working at this firm, she earned her real estate license and eventually moved on to work as an Assistant Property Manager for a firm called Douglas Emmet, a Los Angeles based REIT. In 2018, Alex joined CBRE as an Associate Real Estate Manager for 2000 Avenue of the Stars in Century City. In October 2020, Alex transferred to CBRE’s San Diego office.
