Join us for another Women in Business Interview Series, featuring Anastasiya Plotina, Director at Hines. This interview series is designed to share highs and lows, losses and wins from women working in the commercial real estate industry. Registration includes light breakfast bites.

Anastasiya Plotina is the Director of Property Management responsible for overseeing 8 million square feet of Class A office, industrial, residential and mixed use properties across Southern California and Las Vegas. Anastasiya focuses on maximizing Hines Property and Hospitality Standards, the development of employees, and thoughtful expense reduction to generate value creation for Hines clients.
Anastasiya started her career with Hines in 2013, leading teams in operating multiple property types in Los Angeles and San Diego. Most recently, Anastasiya helped grow the San Diego operations portfolio from 455,000 square feet to 1 million square feet. Prior to that, Anastasiya managed the US Bank Tower, a 1.4 million square foot Class A commercial office property in Downtown Los Angeles. In this role, she was responsible for the development, execution, and management of an annual $22 million operating budget as well as over $100 million in capital and tenant improvement projects. The US Bank Tower received numerous awards during her time at the property including the 2018 BOMA International Outstanding Building of the Year Award.
Anastasiya has been a pioneer in the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) space joining the first iteration of the OneHines Women’s Network, serving as the OneHines Local Ambassador for Los Angeles and San Diego, chairing the BOMA Greater Los Angeles Women in Leadership Committee, and starting the BOMA San Diego DEI Committee. Anastasiya is an advocate for relationship building and prioritizes staying involved in industry and community organizations. Currently, she is a OneHines Women’s Network Regional Leader. Previously, she served on the BOMA SD Board of Directors, BOMA GLA and SD Government Affairs Committees, and BOMA GLA Chair of the Emerging Leaders Committee.
Anastasiya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning from University of California, San Diego.
