2022 BOMA Back to School Drive

Thank you to everyone who donated backpacks and school supplies to BOMA's 2022 Back to School Drive! 

Currently there are many homeless students in San Diego County, and Monarch School is dedicated to helping homeless students break the cycle of poverty through education. 

Thanks to BOMA San Diego's support and involvement, we were able to present Monarch School with the following donations:

• 110 backpacks

• 102 boxes of: 

  • School supplies

  • Personal hygiene supplies

  • Clothes

  • Toys/Gifts

• Cash donations = $1,000

These donations will directly help deserving children to succeed in the upcoming school year. This year, BOMA's support came at a critical time as Monarch School continues to scale-up services and works to minimize disruptions to our students' education.

Thanks in part to the success of the 2022 BOMA Back to School drive, Monarch School continues to help students reach their full potential by providing them with access to quality learning opportunities and supportive services to improve their future success.
