Please welcome Lauren Winter, Business Development Manager at Securitas and one of BOMA San Diego’s newest members! She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Cal State Long Beach in 2010. As for family members and pets, Lauren has very supportive parents and owns a Labrador/Great Dane mix named Nola (the love of her life).

Lauren joined Securitas right out of college when she was offered a temporary office position to figure out next steps… and it ultimately stuck! She has been promoted up through the company for the past 10 years, enabling her to live in Dallas, Texas as well as Orlando, Florida.  Her top three goals in joining BOMA are to become involved with various committees, give back to the community and develop great business relationships. Lauren has joined the Special Events and the Community Service Committees – so keep an eye out for her at future volunteer days and events!

If she had to pick a favorite part of the workday, it would have to be networking! Lauren always looks forward to in-person and now Zoom events within her different member associations. Outside of work, Lauren loves to read and highly recommends, “A Thousand Splendid Suns” by Khaled Hosseini. Traveling is also a huge passion of hers and one that she indulges in as often as possible. At any given moment, you’ll either catch Lauren off on an adventure or planning her next one!

Thank you, Lauren! We look forward to getting to know you more and are happy you have joined us at BOMA San Diego.
