Leadership Spotlight: Allegra Renard
Allegra is a Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield. Her team manages 550 West – roughly 361,000 sq ft. of Class A High Rise space in downtown San Diego. Allegra is responsible for preparing, implementing and adhering to the approved strategic plan and budget for the property. She manages a Senior Assistant Property Manager and Property Administrator, as well as over 20 third party employees for parking, janitorial, security and engineering.
Her essential duties include establishing and maintaining open and positive relationships with tenants, ensuring that all services and needs are met and in compliance with leases and agreements, preparing the annual budget, monthly financial variance reports, real estate tax assessment review and leasing activity reports for the client.
Allegra is an alumna of The University of Arizona and holds a graduate Paralegal Degree from the University of San Diego. She has an older brother living in Dallas, Texas and her parents are retired in Arizona. Allegra loves to cook and thinks of the grocery store as her own personal Disneyland – she’s always looking for new and fun ingredients. Cooking with Bobby Flay is a dream of hers and she has dined at all his restaurants hoping to make it happen.
In 2016, Allegra made her start with BOMA San Diego when she attended a few events with BOMA associate members and began to build her professional relationships. Before she knew it, she had made a few dear friends too! Allegra brings 10 years of experience in the property management industry to her role as Programs & Seminars Vice Chairperson. This experience has not only helped her build a great support network of property managers but enables her to provide a unique perspective and share outside feedback with the Programs & Seminars committee. Allegra also serves as chairperson of her company’s events committee, and her own property at 550 West has an extensive tenant appreciation program. These experiences allow her to bring unique ideas to the BOMA family.
Thanks for your leadership and support, Allegra!
