Let’s face it – you’re probably sick of budgets by now. We get it! But for maybe the first time ever, we’re taking a page from our Principal Members and providing you with the 2025 estimated budget numbers for membership and events. One quick note – all events are estimated. Take that with a grain of salt please!

Also, if you were not aware, for every primary member, we pay set dues to BOMA International and BOMA Cal, both of which have annual increases of 3.4% and 2.9%, respectively. For our principal members, we have mitigated these increases as best we could over the last 5 years, but we are finally at a place where we need to pass along the increases.
