A big round of applause for Pearl Lai, winner of the 2023 J. Michael Coleman Scholarship. This BOMA Foundation scholarship enables the recipient to attend the BOMA International Conference & Expo and covers the cost to attend as well as all travel expenses. 

Pearl, who comes to us from Innovative Industrial Properties, has been a BOMA San Diego member for three years and was encouraged by her company’s leadership to apply for the scholarship! Since winning this prestigious scholarship, Pearl stated that it helped her gain great exposure within our local San Diego BOMA chapter as well as some national exposure. She also gained quite a bit of knowledge through the courses that were offered at the conference.
