As I step into the role of President of BOMA San Diego, I’m filled with gratitude for this community, including the colleagues who inspire me, the mentors who have guided me, and the friendships that have become the backbone of my professional journey.

This year’s theme, Strength in Connection, reflects what I believe has always been BOMA’s greatest advantage: our people. As the commercial real estate industry continues to adapt to economic shifts and evolving workplace expectations, one truth remains constant:  We are stronger when we stand together.

Every conversation, every shared challenge, and every act of collaboration adds to the collective strength of our community. We learn from one another. We support one another. We celebrate each other’s wins and help carry the weight when times are tough.

This year, I want to focus on nurturing those connections between principals and associates, new members and seasoned professionals, and vendors and property teams. Let’s continue to open doors for one another, share our expertise freely, and build a network that not only survives the challenges ahead, but thrives because of them.
