Dear BOMA Members,
 
As we enter Q4, I want to remind everyone that memberships are based on the calendar year and our annual memberships will expire at the end of December. We have been working diligently behind the scenes to increase our utilization of our website functionality, and we are happy to announce that you can now renew your membership online, as well as view all prior transactions and outstanding invoices. In addition, if you have additional members under your company’s membership, you can edit and update their profiles at your leisure. Please do this ahead of renewing.
 
Renew Instructions:
Step 1: Review Additional Members! (If Applicable)
If you have additional members under your primary membership:
  1. Review your additional members by logging in to your profile, on the left-hand side, click the My Associates link.
  2. Select the drop-down list next to Review/Modify a Contact. From here, you can update their profile information to a new user, or delete them if they have left your organization and you do not plan to renew them.   
  3. If you need to add additional members for your 2025 renewal, select Membership Renewal on the left-hand side. Click Next. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Additional Options and ADDITIONAL CONTACTS section. Click Manage Contacts. Increase the quantity of the Additional Members as needed. Click the X button in the bottom right corner of the box. Click the Checkout button and complete the payment info.
  4. Please consider paying by credit card – not only is it a more sustainable practice, it will help us digitally track your payment and expedite your renewal.
  5. If you need to pay by invoice, click Edit Payment Method from the Checkout window. Click the box for I would like to be invoiced. Click Save Changes. Click Pay By Invoice. Submit the invoice through your typical A/P process. You will not be considered renewed until your payment is posted against this invoice.  
 
Renew Your Membership:
  1. Log in to your profile. On the left-hand side, click Membership Renewal. Click Next.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Additional Options and ADDITIONAL CONTACTS section. Click Manage Contacts and review quantity (if applicable). From here, you can add the quantity of the Additional Members as needed (if applicable). Click the X button in the bottom right corner of the box. Click Checkout to complete the payment info.
  3. Please consider paying by credit card – not only is it a more sustainable practice, it will help us digitally track your payment and expedite your renewal. Make sure your billing address is correct. It is the number one source of rejection.
  4. If you need to pay by invoice, click Edit Payment Method from the Checkout window. Click the box for I would like to be invoiced. Click Save Changes. Click Pay By Invoice. Submit the invoice through your typical A/P process. You will not be considered renewed until your payment is posted against this invoice.  
 
FAQ:
  • If you have outstanding invoices in your profile, you cannot renew. From your login screen, on the left-hand side click My Invoices. Please have your accounting team send verification of posted payments for any outstanding invoices to bae@bomasd.org.
 
We hope you enjoy this streamlined process of renewing. It allows our association to be much more efficient in collecting outstanding balances, as well as tracking membership renewals from year to year.
