Kudos to Chad Colton with Duro-Last

We are proud to highlight Chad for his outstanding dedication and meaningful contributions to the Communications Committee this year. His consistent engagement and proactive support have made a noticeable difference in the success of our initiatives—most notably the Essentials Drive benefiting San Diego Youth Services.

From planning to execution, Chad was actively involved every step of the way. He eagerly stepped in wherever help was needed, offering dependable follow-through and even using his own transportation to pick up essential items for the drive. His generosity extended further as he volunteered to sponsor prizes for our top donors, which brought tremendous enthusiasm and helped spark increased participation during our BOMA luncheon presentations.

Chad’s support has also been invaluable at the leadership level. He regularly checked in to see how he could assist, took initiative without being asked, and consistently brought positive energy to the team. His efforts strengthened not only the project’s success but also the committee’s overall morale.

What truly sets Chad apart is his enthusiasm, reliability, and genuine investment in the work we do. His contributions have elevated our committee’s impact and set a shining example of exceptional member engagement.
