This stand-alone designation is being offered to BOMA San Diego students this July 20 through July 22. Anyone can enroll in this three-course designation program! No prior designation is required. Read more information below on who should enroll and why.

What is the HP Designation and who should enroll? 

The three-course High-Performance Program is geared towards professionals responsible for implementing sustainable initiatives at their properties.  The CRE Industry is becoming more and more focused on sustainability and energy efficient programs that meet the needs of clients, tenants and building code requirements.  The course will provide students with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of how to define, initiate, budget, increase NOI and the clients’ return on investment for sustainable initiatives within all areas of a building or portfolio. The increased knowledge and skill set obtained as a result of completing the HP Designation Program is a Symbol of High-Performance Sustainable Building Management and sets students apart from peers, providing greater career opportunities.

What is the Foundations of Real Estate Management course & how will it benefit me? 

The Foundations of Real Estate Management course provides industry exposure to those new to the industry and individuals considering a career in Commercial Real Estate, as well as reinforces and supplements on-the-job training for junior or assistant property managers.  It is beneficial for seasoned professionals looking to refresh their industry knowledge and provides a nuts and bolts overview of the life of a property manager for suppliers and building engineers interested in a firsthand look at the world of real estate management.  In addition to preparing students for more career-advancing education courses, students will have the opportunity to meet and network with industry peers and experts throughout the class.
