The BOMA San Diego Education Committee kicked off its 2017 educational curriculum with the BOMI Ethics is Good Business course on January 20th. Thank you to the students who attended and congratulations on completing the course.

As a CRE professional it is necessary to stay current with industry trends and regulations. To assist you in doing just that, BOMA San Diego is excited to announce the upcoming course titled Environmental Health and Safety Issues.  This 3 day course is being offered March 23rd - 25th and will be taught by Joe Maldonado.  Topics to be covered include:  
  • Local, state and federal regulations
  • Environmental site assessments and hazard communication
  • Emergency Response
  • Asbestos and lead management
  • Ergonomics, indoor air quality and hazardous waste
  • Storage tanks
  • Audits, record-keeping and other regulatory issues

This course is required for the RPA, FMA and SMA Designations.  In a highly competitive job market, obtaining a BOMI International certificate or designation will give you a competitive advantage!! Don’t wait, sign up today!! The deadline date to sign up for this course is March 6th.
