Whether new to the CRE Industry, a vendor looking to expand your knowledge of the property manager role, or a real estate professional looking for a refresher course in property operations, Foundations of Real Estate Management is for you!!

This course provides a wonderful overview of property operations and is highly recommended for those new to the industry or anyone who is interested in learning about the day-to-day responsibilities of Property Managers and Facility Managers. The course is offered by BOMA San Diego annually and is scheduled for  5 consecutive Fridays beginning April 22nd through May 20th, 2016.  Topics covered include:  Property Administration and Management, Building Systems/Operations, Accounting/Reporting  and Contract Administration.
