The BOMA San Diego Education Committee is excited about the educational offerings available to all BOMA members and non-members in 2016. The courses are designed for all levels of real estate professionals including those new to the industry and those more experienced. Foundations to Real Estate Management is designed for those new to the industry or those looking for a broad overview of commercial real estate. The RPA Designation is designed for real estate property professionals who wish to advance their careers and covers such subjects as building systems/operations, budgeting, finance, real estate law and risk management to name a few.
As the commercial real estate industry is becoming more concerned with sustainability, a new and dynamic program has been added to the curriculum. The High-Performance Program is designed by industry experts to assist real estate managers in meeting sustainability initiatives. The HP Program is a comprehensive program consisting of 3 courses: Sustainable Building Principles, Sustainable Building Practices and Sustainable Building Investments. Upon completion of the HP Program you will receive a designation that will enhance your RPA or FMA or a certificate for those who have not yet achieved these designations.
Please stop by the BOMA San Diego Education Committee table at the December luncheon with any questions and to get more information about these programs and dates the courses will be available.
