BOMA San Diego is proud to announce a kickoff for a new subcommittee that falls under our Programs Committee. BOMA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, also known as DEI, has a mission to promote and cultivate a diverse commercial real estate workforce at all levels in San Diego. 

Our first initiative is to gain feedback, insight, and experiences from our members. DEI is proud to announce that a survey will be sent out with the help of Nicole Schuck. This survey is a critical aspect in establishing this new subcommittee so we can find out what issues are important to its members and their backgrounds. The survey is under 20 questions and should only take about 3 minutes of your time.  You can submit this survey anonymously or if you choose, with your name attached so we can reach out to you for further information.  

Once we have the results from the survey, the general statistics and comments will be shared with all members so that we can build a strong foundation for this new subcommittee.  You can fill out the survey HERE.
