Driven for Success is the 2024 BOMA theme created by the Programs Committee. All 6 membership lunches will focus on the success of our Associate and Principal Members. 

We kicked off the year naming Mayor Todd Gloria our chapter’s 2023 “Public Official of the Year” along with the induction of the chapter’s Board of Directors. One of the exciting new changes that was accomplished by the Programs Committee was the change of lunch venue to Farmer and the Seahorse.

Our next lunch will be held on March 12th to celebrate International Women’s Day. Tracie Hager, Liz Howeth, Monique Adley, and Paris Cox will be this year’s panelists. Heather Myers, CBS-8, will be moderating these well known, highly successful and talented women.

Upcoming luncheon topics include New Development, Emergency Preparedness & Sustainability, and Life Science.
