SAVE THE DATE: BOMA San Diego’s Summer Work Party is Just Around the Corner!
The BOMA San Diego Community Service Committee is looking for 40 volunteers to assist with cleaning, painting, and landscaping services for the William J. Oaks Branch of the Boys & Girls Club of San Diego in Logan Heights. Lunch, beverages, and tools will be provided for all volunteers.
WHEN: Saturday, July 22, 2023 | 8am - 12pm
WHERE: William J. Oaks Branch of the Boys & Girls Club | 2930 Marcy Ave., San Diego, CA 92102
HOW TO VOLUNTEER: Volunteer registration is open to BOMA membership and family. Please note, kids & teens are welcome as long as adult/parent attending knows they will have to work with them. High school students can get their volunteer sheet signed.

THE BIG PLAN:

Purchase (donate) new shelves for the storage room

Organize and clean the storage room

Pull the weeds and clean up the playground

Paint the picnic tables

Paint exterior doors and play squares
-
Clean up soccer area
-
Repaint the basketball arena (blue walls only)
-
Paint cubbies (wooden shelves)
-
Clean toys and windows
-
Possibly paint the tan window ledges and base around building
DONATIONS NEEDED:

Sundries $ 500.00 (Paper, tape, roller covers, paper towels, etc.)

Shelves (for their storage room)
