The Awards, Scholarships & TOBY Committee is proud to announce our 2023 Jack Moshgat Scholarship recipients! BOMA San Diego strives to award this scholarship to deserving chapter members who not only seek to further their education and career in commercial real estate, but also demonstrate a commitment to our local chapter. This year we had the privilege of awarding our scholarship to not one, not two… but three deserving individuals at our March Membership Luncheon! 

Congratulations to Ann DiLorenzo of Kidder Mathews, Pearl Lai of Innovative Industrial Properties, and Seira Melendez of IDS Real Estate Group!
