The Emerging Professionals Committee might be new, but they have wasted no time kicking the year off strong! This year, we have jump-started a college outreach committee in hopes of meeting students interested in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, introducing them to BOMA, and mentoring them as they approach graduation. 

Our first scholarship winner is Jennifer Labosky! Jennifer is a third year real estate and marketing major at USD looking to get involved in commercial real estate. She’s extremely eager to be a part of BOMA San Diego.

We are offering more student membership scholarships for the year of 2023.
