The Design, Operation & Maintenance of Building Systems I is being offered February 20-22, 2020 and is one of the required classes for the FMA® and RPA® designations. This course provides you with the knowledge and power to conquer the following:

• building design and construction
• life-cycle costing
• construction materials
• structural systems
• building envelopes
• roofing
• interior walls, ceilings, and flooring
• HVAC and plumbing systems
• building system controls and automation

Next up for your educational pleasure is the Fundamentals of Facilities Management, being offered March 19-21, 2020. This course is also required to complete your FMA® designation.

Why take this course with us? This accelerated class will equip you to structure operations and maintenance programs, manage personnel effectively to control workloads, and better operate as a skilled team leader. (Sign me up for that!) As a bonus, if you’ve already earned your RPA, you’re likely just two classes away from earning your FMA… take this class and you’re one down, one more to go!
