The BOMA San Diego executive team including, Tom Magnussen, Amber Molina and Thor Emblem, along with our legislative advocate, Craig Benedetto of California Strategies, met with Congressman Mike Levin’s office on the morning of October 2.

They discussed some of the issues facing the commercial real estate industry including 179D (tax incentive for energy efficiency projects), qualified improvement property and ADA reform. Additional meetings with our local congressional delegation are scheduled throughout the month of October as part of BOMA San Diego's ongoing advocacy efforts. While the team was there, they had a celebrity siting--Jason Mraz!
