Meet Lynn Hulbert of Providien Property Management. Lynn is one of our most recognized leaders, and currently serves on the BOMA San Diego Board of Directors as our Immediate Past President.
What is the name of your Company, role and what type of buildings do you manage?
“Providien Property Management, Inc. Principal Owner with Partner, Kim Stevens. Proud to be a women-owned business. Suburban low rise office, CBD high rise office and 90-acre multi-building open campus office and R&D.”
How has taking on leadership roles in BOMA helped you now that you run your own business?
“Having the wealth of industry connections, principal and service providers alike, available to reach out to for guidance, advice and suggestions and knowing that I always have a strong team of commercial real estate contacts available. Taking on a leadership role within BOMA is a valuable confidence builder that benefits every aspect of what I do.”
What is the most impactful lesson learned in your BOMA career?
“Get involved. The more you put in, the more you get out of your membership and the benefits are immeasurable.”
What is your favorite hobby?
“Walking my dogs, seeing them run off-leash chasing rabbits. I love to read and always have a book on the go – I am old school and still prefer reading paper instead of electronically. Also, I enjoy knitting and spending time with my granddaughter, Alice. Nothing in the world warms my heart like hearing her call me “Nanna”!”
