Vacant Space Wanted for the Holiday Gift Drive Warehouse

BOMA San Diego’s Community Service committee is generating “an interest list” for property managers who can volunteer vacant space at one of their buildings to act as the temporary warehouse for the Promises2kids’ Holiday Gift Drive in December 2018.  Promises2kids will use this space to receive, sort and distribute donations to foster local groups, and space will be utilized in December.
 
The basic requirements are:
  • Approximately 5.5k-7k RSF
  • Power/lighting (basic)
  • Loading dock (preferred), or easy access to suite for unloading and loading donations
  • Available parking near the building
Currently, we are gathering contact information for interested parties and will reach out to you after the summer to see your space is still available and set up a walk-through.
