The program has experienced unprecedented participation levels and has reached its funding limit for the remainder of the year. Program guidelines dictate that rebates are paid to qualifying customers on a first come, first served basis until funds are no longer available. Priority is determined by the date complete rebate applications and all required supporting documentation is received by SDG&E. Reservations are not considered complete applications and do not guarantee rebate funding.

While the program’s funding limits are always subject to availability, here are the steps we’re taking to address the challenge;
  • Complete and accurate applications will be accepted until Wednesday, August 31st, 2016.
  • For projects receiving On-Bill Financing, loan agreements must be executed no later than August 31st, 2016. Complete and accurate applications for installed projects must be submitted by December 9th, 2016 to qualify for the original rebate value. Applications submitted after December 9th will be processed at the new rebate value and may require loan document modifications/true-up.We understand these changes are difficult and might affect projects you’re in the middle of working on. We are here to answer any questions you have so please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Business Contact Center at 1-800-336-7343 or email us. For detailed information, visit SDGE.com/rebates.
