BOMA's Community Service Committee had yet another successful Summer Work Party on Saturday July 25th. This years event took place at the Wm. J. Oaks Boys and Girls Club of Greater San Diego. The site was in desperate need of some TLC as they had not received any new improvements since BOMA assisted them nearly 6 years ago. This year the team of volunteers repainted almost all of the interior walls, created a garden area outside for the children to plant fruits and vegetables, trimmed trees, landscaped the playground area and deep cleaned the restrooms, floors and carpets throughout. A huge THANK YOU goes out to all of the vendors and property management companies who supported this cause including Brad Stoner Painting, Dunn Edwards, American Assets, ATI, CCS, Cintas, and Brickman. We also want to thank all of the volunteers who took time out of their weekend to participate. Giving back sure does feel good when you do it BOMA style!
