BOMA San Diego Expands Advisory Board

BOMA San Diego has recently tapped three commercial real estate executives to serve on the organization’s Advisory Board. Scott Kuklish, Senior Vice President of PM Realty Group, Ann Chevalier, Managing Director of CBRE and Kevin Rude, CCIM, RPA, Managing Director of Colliers International will serve as guiding voices for the organization.

“On behalf of BOMA San Diego, we are thrilled and grateful to tap the knowledge and insights of senior level professionals from leading commercial real estate firms,” said BOMA San Diego President Kristin Howell of Meissner Jacquet Investment Management Services. “Our Advisory Board members serve as an important link to building owners and ensuring we are delivering on our mission to provide quality education, effective advocacy and business-building networking.”
 
The new additions will join existing Advisory Board members including: Jim Durfey, Vice President of Office Leasing at American Assets Trust, Mike Peckham, Managing Principal at Sentre Partners, Perry Schonfeld, Principal at LBA Realty, Tracie Hager, Senior Director of Property Management at BioMed Realty Trust, Peggy Thrailkill, Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Dave Stucky, Program Manager at City of San Diego, Jerry Jacquét, Principal at Meissner Jacquét Investment Management Services, Mike Bennett, Senior Vice President of Operations at Irvine Company, Brian Galligan, Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Kilroy Realty Corporation and Ray Magnussen, Principal at Paragon Services.
 
BOMA created the Advisory Board to continue to enhance the local commercial real estate industry as well as to provide senior level support and guidance to the organization.
