April Quarterly CRE Update - Seaport Village Redevelopment
Seaport Village has been a San Diego staple since 1980, when it first opened. Over 40 years later, there are talks of a major overhaul. Coming in at over $3 billion, the redevelopment of the Seaport Village area is proposing new shops, restaurants, and hotels, along with some larger changes including an aquarium, yacht club, and even an observation tower. The proposed plans are still in negotiations, but you can find out more information here. Also make sure to come to BOMA San Diego’s May Membership Meeting, which will feature the Seaport Village redevelopment project and tell you all you need to know! Don’t forget to register here!
