February Membership Meeting
Chairman of BOMA International, James Peck and President of BOMA California, Cindi Langendoen will be joining our February membership luncheon to provide the latest information on BOMA International and BOMA California.
About the speakers:
James A. Peck, RPA, FMA
Chairman BOMA International
Jim Peck is the Senior Director of Asset Services with CB Richard Ellis in the Albuquerque office. In this position, he oversees the Asset Services department, which manages over 3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in New Mexico. Jim has been with CB Richard Ellis since 2001 and has been in the commercial real estate field for over 25 years.
Jim has been a member of BOMA since 1986 when he joined BOMA Sacramento. He has been a member of BOMA New Mexico since 1992 and was President from 1995-1997, and is currently the Government Affairs Chair for the Association. Jim has served on several BOMA International Committees, including the State Government Affairs Committee, Industry Defense Fund Oversight Committee, Finance Committee and was Chair of the Government Affairs Committee. He currently serves on BOMA International’s Executive Committee as Chairman of BOMA International.
Cindi Langendoen, CPM
President BOMA California
Cindi Langendoen is a Strategic Accounts Senior Director responsible for the CBRE Investors – CalSTRS national portfolio of Class A office and industrial properties. She brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to her current role. Prior to joining CBRE, she was a director for Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing a 6 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A high-rise office buildings and 2 million square feet of industrial properties.
Cindi is currently President of BOMA California, a federation of the eight Building Manager and Owners Association chapters in the state and has served on the Board of Directors since 2002. |
