BOMA International and Kingsley Associates are proud to announce the release of the 2010 Experience Exchange Report® (EER)—exclusively online and available when you need it, 24/7.  Each BAE has been provided with a complimentary subscription to your local market reports. Please follow the following Instructions to access your local market reports. These instructions can also be found on BRAIN in the EER toolkit.

1.    Navigate to https://www.BOMAEER.com.
2.    Click “Subscriber Login” and login to your EER account. Please use the email address at which you received this email. (If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “I forgot my password” below the password box and follow the instructions. A new password will be emailed to you.) Note that the login that you use to check EER Survey submissions in your market is the same login that you use to access local market reports.
3.    Once you login, click “2010 EER Reports” in the blue bar near the top of your screen.
4.    Finally, start reviewing reports for your local market.

Your password and login information are for your use only.  Subscriptions for the EER are single-user subscriptions.  Please do not share your login or password information with your members and please do not distribute any information or reports. 

If other members of your local staff require access to local market reports, we will be happy to arrange a subscription for those staff members. Please provide Tracy Glink (tglink@boma.org; (202) 326-626) with the staff person’s name and email address and we will set up the subscription. Allow 24 hours for processing.

If you are interested in market reports for other markets than your local, you may purchase a subscription for those markets at EER submitter rates:

Each additional market beyond your local is $20. Access to all markets is $195. Please contact Tracy Glink (tglink@boma.org; (202) 326-6346) for a discount code to use to purchase additional markets at submitter rates.

Remember, BOMA locals receive revenue sharing on EER sales – 10% commission on all sales in your local.
