The March membership luncheon proved to be very informative for our BOMA members on the topic of sustainable opportunities.

Guest speaker Matt Ellis, founder and director of CBRE’s Carbon Services joined us to provide updates on environmentally conscious solutions and practices for the real estate industry. He spoke on how to reduce our greenhouse gas footprint through emissions reduction efforts and how to curtail energy consumption with the use of offset services.
